On June 1, the City of Union launches new utility software that will enable residents to view their City utility accounts online -- via the Internet -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll be able to view your current balance, last payment date, payment amount and water consumption history.

You can also pay your bills online, for a small convenience fee, through a secure online credit card transaction.

Customers will also have the option to sign up for a recurring billing account, which will automatically deduct your utility payment from your Visa or Mastercard charge card every month.

If you are interested in establishing a recurring billing account, please send an email to jhamilton@ci.union.oh.us that includes your name, address and the account number printed on your water bill stub, and we will contact you with the necessary information to set up your account.
