PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
City Staff Members Present:
The Planning Commission meeting was called to order by Mr. Shields. Attendance was taken and all of the planning commission members were present.
1. Mr. Shields
asked if there were any questions or corrections for the minutes
of the August 14, 2001 meeting. There were none so Mayor Packard
moved that the minutes be accepted. Mr. Beyer seconded the motion.
All concurred and the minutes were accepted as prepared.

The park entrance will be at Furnas and Frederick. The homes in this section of the subdivision will be in the $170,000 price range.
Mr. Marsh asked if the old house would be torn down. The house will be taken down because it contains asbestos.
Mrs. Thomas-Roth asked if the number of lots had been changed since the cul-de-sac was removed and was told that the lots should be the same.
