Spring Egg Hunt

Mark your calendars - the spring egg hunt date has been set for April 13.  More information will be added in the future!

City Wide Garage Sale Dates

The dates for the City Wide Garage sales have been set.

The first one will be June 6, 7, and 8.

The fall one will be September 12, 13, and 14.

Both of these will be on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 

No permits are necessary.  More information will be posted on the website on a later date.

A survey of area water rates is done by the City of Oakwood every year.

Schedule for Assistance to Union residents for the city’s 1% income tax

The Central Collection Agency (CCA) will be available at the following dates and locations for questions regarding the City of Union income tax forms.  If you can’t make the City of Union dates, you can attend any times at the surrounding cities which will be posted at a later date.

Voter Registration - Board of Elections

Need to register to vote?

If you are a Montgomery County resident, you can register online through the Montgomery County Board of Elections.

Miami County residents can register with the Miami County Board of Elections, Court House, 215 W. Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373.  Phone 937-440-3900 or email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)


Another option If you need to register to vote is to go to any Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Library, and high school..

To vote in elections, you must be registered 30 days before the election occurs.  The next time the polls will be open is November 6, 2018 and the deadline to register is October 9, 2018.

There are several locations on where to vote for Union.

In Montgomery County:
Precinct A and B votes at the Englewood Assembly of God, 415 North Main Street, Englewood, Ohio 45322..
Precinct C and D votes at Union United Methodist Church, 222 Shaw Road, Union, Ohio 45322.

If you are in Miami County:

Both precincts vote at Community Grace Brethren Church, at 2261 South Miami Street, West Milton, Ohio 45383.

Reminder, deadline to register for the November 6 election is October 9.
